When will I receive my withdrawal?
Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal.
- ACH: These take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account.
- Cage: Cage withdrawals requested during normal business hours of 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. are typically reviewed in real time. Requests outside of business hours may require additional time to be approved. Once a cage withdrawal is reviewed and approved, you can proceed directly to the casino cage to retrieve your funds. - Visa® Direct: While withdrawals can be credited to your account right away in some instances, please bear in mind it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be available to you.
- Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals: While withdrawals can be credited to your account right away in some instances, please bear in mind it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be available to you.
- Paypal: Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawal to transfer into your PayPal® account.
You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to: Menu > My Account > History > Payment History. Once processed, they will show as Successful, when they have left our systems.
We will let you know via email once the money has been sent out, or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
