If you are using an Android device:

1. Press and Hold the 'Volume Down' + 'Power' button.
2. The image will then be save to your Gallery App.

If you are using a Samsung device:

1. Press and Hold the 'Home' + 'Power' buttons. 
2. The imagine will then be saved to your Gallery App. 

You can then either email us the screenshot at support@nj.ballycasino.com or attach the image via Live Chat by clicking on the 'Paper Clip' in the chat box.
