I have changed my limit, but I still cannot deposit. Why?
We are sorry you are unable to complete your deposit.
You can request to change your limit at any time, but any increase to your limit can take up to 30 days to go into effect, depending on the limit you set previously. This allows any current limits on your account to complete. Please keep in mind that this is to ensure Responsible Gaming.
Daily limits reset daily at midnight and Weekly or Monthly limits reset at midnight respectively on the relevant day you created your limit. For example, if you set a weekly limit on Tuesday, at 10:00pm ET, your limit will reset next at 23:59pm ET on the following Tuesday.
Please note that a decrease in your limit will come into effect immediately, and it will take into consideration any previous deposits made on the day you created the limit. For example, if you deposit $50 and then set a weekly limit of $100, you will only be able to deposit a further $50 in the following week.
Note: Please be advised that Customer Support cannot override any limits set in place.
