I have changed my limit, but I still cannot deposit. Why?

You can request to change your limit at any time, however, as we want all our players to have an enjoyable time on our site, and to also be gaming within means they are comfortable with, applicable waiting periods are applied when a change is requested. We do this to ensure Responsible Gaming when it comes to limit increases and decreases, as outlined below:
Increase Rules
Increase requests become effective at the end of the current period + 1 additional period.
Daily limit – It will take the rest of the day when the increase was requested + 1 day (e.g. if you’ve requested an increase on Monday, it will take the remainder of that Monday + 1 day, so the limit increase will be active on Wednesday at 00:00).
Weekly limit – It will take the rest of the week when it was requested + 1 week (e.g. if you’ve requested an increase on Friday, then it will take Saturday and Sunday) + 1 week (7 days).
Monthly limit - It will take the rest of the month when it was requested + 1 month (e.g. if you’ve requested an increase on 11 October, it will take the rest of October + 1 month, so the limit increase will be active on 01 December).
Removal Rules
Removal requests become effective at the end of the current period + 1 additional period.
Daily limit – It will take the rest of the day when it was requested + 1 day (e.g. If you’ve requested a removal on Monday, it will be It will take the remainder of that Monday + 1 day, so the limit removal will be active on Wednesday).
