Once a Cool Off is confirmed, it cannot be altered or removed until the period has expired.  Bally's Online staff cannot create or remove a Cool Off for you, as it is a tool entirely for the use of our patrons to manage their account.

When the Cool Off you choose has expired, you can log back in to your account as normal using your username and password.
