Why do I need to enter a PIN code to verify my account?
In order to protect our patron's identities, we're required to send a verification PIN code to your phone upon registration. This verification PIN code is a one-time passcode and cannot be re-sent. If it expires or is incorrect, your account can alternatively be verified with a few quick steps.
To verify your account, you can attach a clear photo of your driver’s license along with your self-photo either to this live chat or email our Verification Team at verification@nj.ballycasino.com. Once they review your document, they will verify your account. This can take up to 72 hours, and you will receive an email once it is done. For tips on taking a self-photo, please see our FAQ here.
